Dr. Norman Seat
Hospital Owner & Veterinarian Dr. Seat grew up in Kansas where he found his love and passion for animals. He received his Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from Kansas State University in 1987. He then went on to receive his Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University in 1992. After completing his externship at an Oncology clinic in Los Angeles, Dr. Seat moved to Orange County in 1993 where he purchased Antonio Animal Hospital. When not working, Dr. Seat enjoys bass fishing and various other outdoor activities. He was actually a professional Bass Angler on the FLW tour from 2004 to 2010. Dr. Seat welcomes everyone, this is evident in his strong passion for animals and their people. He loves each animal as if they were his own. Dr. Seat's motto is "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." Dr. Seat's special areas of interest include Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Endoscopy/Colonoscopy, Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of AVMA, SCVMA, CVMA, and is an USDA accredited veterinarian. 
Scarf
The Office Cat Scarf was born and raised in Orange County before coming to the Hospital as our Office Cat after his Dad, Dr. Seat, saved his life. He graduated first in his class from Cuteness University, and received his Degree in Cuddle Bug with a minor in Snuggler. He is our official greeter and therapy cat who you will most likely find sitting on our front counter sleeping. He enjoys eating, purring, and giving hugs. Dr. Kristin Yamasaki
Associate Veterinarian Dr. Yamasaki was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from University of California, San Diego in 2004. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University in 2008. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Yamasaki completed a rigorous small animal internship at Blue Pearl Specialty Hospital in Irvine, California. She has practiced at multiple veterinary hospitals in Southern California. Her areas of interest include Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Dentistry. She is a member of the SCVMA and AVMA, and is an USDA accredited veterinarian. One of Dr. Yamasaki's favorite parts of veterinary medicine is the relationship she develops with her patients and their parents. Dr. Yamasaki lives in North Tustin with her husband, three children, and her furry child, Yuki, a Golden Retriever. Dr. Yamasaki enjoys traveling, trying different foods, and spending time with family and friends. 
Dr. Laura Robinson
Associate Veterinarian Dr. Laura Robinson was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2014 and then went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University in 2019. She received the "Dean's Award" her senior year, which is the highest achievement given to one person in the graduating class. She then joined the team at Antonio Animal Hospital. Her areas of interest include Nutrition, Dermatology, and Surgery. One of her favorite parts of veterinary medicine is the problem solving aspect of it; putting together the clinical signs with the diagnostic tests to figure out what is going on with her patients. She loves to see the improvement her patients make once treatments are finished and loves to build relationships with her clients and interact with them and their beloved pets. One of her favorite quotes is by Anatole France, which says “Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.” Dr. Robinson is a huge rescue advocate and has fostered and found homes for more than a dozen dogs. Dr. Robinson lives in RSM with her grey tabby cat, Artemis, a grey tabby and her shepherd mix, Maple . On her off days, Dr. Robinson enjoys going to the beach and getting outdoors. Dr. Robinson also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and has been to over 16 countries ranging from Thailand, to Australia to South Africa. She also enjoys watching and playing sports and has even competed in local kickball and volleyball leagues for fun. She’s always loved sports and played many sports growing up, including flag football, softball, volleyball and riding equestrian. She is a member of AVMA, SCVMA, CVMA, and is an USDA accredited veterinarian. |
